These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the products and services offered by AI and Play Labs, LLC (“AI & Play”, “we”, “us”), including the website, training simulations, copilot features, and any related services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account or purchasing access, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account. Notify us promptly at hello@aiandplay.com if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
Accounts are personal and non-transferable. Sharing your account is grounds for suspension.
When you purchase the Service, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the simulations, the copilot, and the materials we make available, for your own learning and use.
The duration and scope of your access depend on the plan you purchased and are described at checkout (for example, lifetime access, time-limited access, or a specific number of seats for team plans). “Lifetime access,” where offered, means access for as long as we operate the Service. We will give reasonable notice if we ever wind it down.
We may add, remove, or modify modules and features over time. We don't guarantee that any specific module will remain available indefinitely, but we will make reasonable efforts to preserve the core curriculum you paid for.
Pricing is shown on the Service in U.S. dollars and processed by our payment provider (Stripe). All sales are one-time payments unless explicitly described otherwise. You are responsible for any taxes or fees that apply in your jurisdiction.
You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer or scrape the Service; (b) resell or redistribute access; (c) use the Service to break the law or infringe anyone's rights; (d) interfere with the Service's operation or security; or (e) misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
Suspected abuse and bot activity. The simulation is meant to be completed by a human, working through it in good faith. We monitor each module for signals consistent with automated tools, scripted clients, scraping, account sharing, or other behavior inconsistent with normal human use. If we detect or reasonably suspect such activity — on any module — we may flag your account, throttle access, require additional verification, or suspend access while we investigate. Repeated or confirmed abuse may result in termination without refund.
The Service uses third-party large language models. Outputs are generated probabilistically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or biased. Don't treat AI output as legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. Verify before acting on it.
You are responsible for the prompts you enter and how you use the outputs. Don't enter information you wouldn't want processed by a third-party model provider.
All curriculum, copy, characters, simulation environments, code, designs, branding, and copilot logic are owned by AI & Play or our licensors. We retain all rights not expressly granted to you.
You may create content while using the Service — prompts, drafts, automations, and similar work product. You grant us a limited license to host, store, and process that content solely to operate, secure, and improve the Service. We may use de-identified, aggregated usage data to evaluate and improve the product. We will not sell your content to third parties.

You can stop using the Service any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. If we terminate without cause, we'll refund the unused portion of your access on a reasonable basis.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We don't warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific outcome (career, salary, skill level) will result from using it.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email or in-product notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the new Terms.
