You have 7 days from the date of purchase to request a refund for any reason. The clock starts on the day Stripe charges your card.
Email hello@aiandplay.com from the address on your account. Subject line “Refund” is fine. If you want to tell us what didn't work, we read every reply and it genuinely helps us improve the product.
We process refunds within 2 business days of your email. The funds typically appear back on your card within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. You'll receive a confirmation email from Stripe when the refund is issued.
Your account access is revoked once the refund is processed.
For team purchases (4+ seats), refunds are handled at the team level — the buyer of record can request a refund for any individual seat or the whole order within the same 7-day window. After 7 days, unused seats can be transferred to other team members at no charge.
The 7-day window is firm. Past day 7, we generally don't issue refunds — but we read every email, and if something has gone genuinely wrong (a billing error, an account you can't access, etc.) we'll make it right.
We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of obvious abuse — for example, repeat refund requests on multiple accounts, or evidence of redistributing the curriculum.
